Access Lab Results

To improve our service and for you convenience, you can access your test results 24/7 by telephone or online via a system called LabCalls.

On the day your lab work is done, you will be given a card that tells you how to retrieve your test results either online or by telephone any time, day or night.

After your lab results are received in our office and reviewed by your provider, they will be posted in LabCalls. In most cases, results are posted within 2 weeks of the date of your appointment.

To receive your results by telephone:

  • Call our office 770-972-0330 to receive your results.
  • When prompted to enter your unique patient identifier, enter your SSN.
  • When asked for your personal identification number (PIN), enter your birth date (MMDDYYYY).
  • The system will respond with your first name and then give you your results.

OB Billing Changes for 2027

If you are scheduled to deliver in 2027, changes to CMS billing guidelines will affect how your maternity care is billed.

WHAT'S CHANGING

Currently, prenatal visits, delivery, and postpartum care are billed as one global package. Beginning in September, prenatal visits will be billed separately if you are expected to deliver in 2027. You can expect to see individual charges listed on your EОВ.

WHAT'S NOT CHANGING

Your care will not change – only the way it is billed. You will continue to receive the same prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care from your OBGYN team.
